Our dresses are made to order. We kindly ask that you make the right selection and check our size chart for correct size requirements. If you are unsure of your size please send us an email with your measurements to help make the right selection.
We value your business and if you are unhappy with any of our product please contact us immediately. We will honor an exchange for any result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you must contact us within the 24 hrs after receiving the order. Product must still have tags attached to honor an exchange. Top Glam Boutique reserves the right to reject any returns if garment appears to be used or worn.
No returns on swim suits or under garments, sale items and Jewelry and no returns on Shoes. If a return is authorized, we will honor an exchange once for a single item. No returns or exchange on buy one get one sale. Please make proper selections or consult with us for help with sizing or pictures.
You are responsible for your own return shipping and signature confirmations. Top Glam Boutique will not be held liable for any misplaced returns. We must receive the exchange item within 4 business days after the return has been authorized.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after payment has been received. We will offer a store credit for any cancellations after 24 hours.
